Our Commitment to your Privacy

StatsJunky™ is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your affiliate stats are kept completely private and secure, by storing them locally on your computer. StatsJunky does NOT collect your affiliate logins, stats, keywords, or any other private information from your use of the application. The only affiliate website logins that we have access to are the ones that you personally provide to us for diagnostic purposes. StatsJunky does not collect or store any logins that you enter into the StatsJunky application. If you have any questions or problems with any aspect of our privacy policy, please contact us.

Collection of your Personal Information

StatsJunky only saves such personal information that is necessary for you to access and use our services. This personal information includes, but is not limited to, first and last name, physical address, email address, financial information required for payment processing, and website login information.

How we use your Personal Information

Your personal information will be used in order to provide you with better service. This includes the use of information for completing transactions, or communicating back to you. Any temporary logins that you provide to us are only used to add / update the affiliate program you submitted and are not used for any other purpose. Once we have added the affiliate program you submitted, then the logins you submitted are deleted from our records.

Who we share your Personal Information With

We will NOT sell, rent, or share any of your personal information to anyone else. We DO NOT sell, rent or provide outside access to our mailing list. If required by law, search warrant, subpoena, court order, or credit card fraud investigation, StatsJunky may be required to release such personal information.

Security of your Personal Information

StatsJunky maintains the security of your information at all times. We use the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit encryption strength to transmit sensitive information. This is the same technology used in transmitting sensitive information by banks, governments, and online businesses such as Amazon.com and eBay. Once the information is in our system, it is accessible to authorized StatsJunky personnel only. We strictly enforce our privacy policies with our employees and any breach of this policy will result in termination and the pressing of criminal charges.
