The customer may cancel their monthly subscription at any time. A cancellation means that no future installments are charged to the customer's account. Canceling a recurring billing product does not generate a refund unless a refund is requested within the 30 day window.
Can you please refund me those monthly payments?
If you are a current member then you must cancel your monthly subscription. If you do not cancel your subscription then you will continue to be billed. We do not offer refunds beyond our 30 day refund policy.
If a customer requests a refund within 30 days, the money for the requested transaction is refunded back to the customer.
If the refund is for a recurring billing product and is requested within 30 days, then the return policy allows for the initial payment to be returned. A refund on a recurring billing product will also result in the immediate cancellation of the subscription and access to StatsJunky will end that day.
Please log into your paypal account and add your new funding source (CC). Once the new CC has been added, you may then remove the original funding source. If you do not add the new card FIRST, before removing the original card on file, you will cancel your subscription to StatsJunky and your service interrupted.
