Step One Disable AntiVirus and AntiSpyware programs. They may corrupt the StatsJunky installation. You can enable these programs again once the installation is complete.

Step Two Click on the StatsJunky Installer Icon. Windows will open a Security Warning file asking you if you want to run the software. Click “Run”.

Step Three The InstallShield Wizard for StatsJunky will open, to continue; click “Next”

Step Four Please read the StatsJunky End-User License Agreement. If you agree to the terms and conditions of the StatsJunky license, check the “I accept the terms of the license agreement” box and click “Next”.

Step FiveA dialog box will appear that will allow you to create a StatsJunky shortcut on your desktop and the quick launch bar. If you do not want to set up these features, click to uncheck the boxes. Click “Next”

Step Six Select a complete or custom setup. A custom setup will allow you to choose which program features you’d like to install. This is recommended only for advanced users. Once you select the setup type, click “Next.”

Step Seven A dialog box will appear that will begin the installation of StatsJunky. If you haven’t disabled your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware Programs, you should do so now. To begin the installation, click “Install”.

Step Eight Upon completion of the Installation, you will see a dialog box that says “Install Wizard Complete.” If you would like to launch StatsJunky immediately, click the box next to the “I would like to launch StatsJunky” text. Click “Finish”.

Step Nine When the Sign In box appears, enter the Username and Password you selected when you registered StatsJunky. If you would like StatsJunky to remember your Username and Password, check the Auto Sign In button. A dialog box will appear that will begin the installation of StatsJunky. If you haven’t disabled your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware Programs, you should do so now. To begin the installation, click “Install”.

Please open StatsJunky and then Click on Help > Check for Update.

If you forget your password, you may click the retrieve password link on the Sign In page or via the the Lost Password page.

To retrieve your password, you will need to know your StatsJunky Username or the email address you registered. Upon receipt of your request, your password will be emailed to the address you registered with.

You can download the latest version of StatsJunky.

Please check to make sure you disabled your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware protection prior to attempting the installation. These types of programs will frequently create problems during the StatsJunky installation. Once these programs are turned off, try the installation again. You may turn them back on once the installation is complete.

You may also receive an error message if you’re installing on an operating system other than Microsoft Windows. StatsJunky is not currently supported on the Mac. If the problem persists, please contact support. It would be helpful to our support team if you included the error message you received. We will respond as quickly as possible.
