How Do I Report A Bug?

StatsJunky automatically posts back in real-time any issues related to application performance or StatsJunky's connection with affiliate/PPC programs. We are immediately notified whenever the icons next to your program names change into anything but a green checkmark (ex. a padlock, wrench, or refresh icon).

These errors DO NOT need to be reported unless they occur for more than 3-5 days. Should this happen to you, please contact support and let us know.

Aside from these rare instances, please ONLY SEND REPORTS relating to issues with collecting or displaying statistics. You'll know this has happened to you if your program is showing a green checkmark but the data being collected or displayed is incorrect or not what you want.
