Report A Data Error With Your Affiliate / PPC Program

Occasionally a site will change it's backend and make it so that StatsJunky is not able to collect the stats. When that happens, simply submit the data below and we'll be happy to fix it for you.

We'll need you to provide temporary access to the program so that the data discrepancy can be duplicated and fixed. Once the update for this site has been made, simply change your password.

Important Note

When you submit your ticket, be as descriptive as possible. This information will in decrease the amount of time it takes for us to locate the issue and resolve it.

Instead of writing "My stats are off", explain exactly what your seeing like the example below:

"When I compare stats with my Adwords account for the period This Month my stats are off in the following places.

Acai Berry Campaign, Free Shipping Adgroup > SJ shows I have 1,234 clicks on my Free Acai Berry Keyword but Adwords shows 1,555.

I have tried different date ranges like Yesterday, Today, and I still see them off."
