For any questions on how to do something in StatsJunky, there are two main places you should visit:

Make sure to check out the StatsJunky Training Videos that are being produced to help you use this amazing software

The other place you can check is www.TheStatsJunkyForum.com.  (Don't post bugs there, just ask questions how something is done)

We highly recommend that you bookmark this and make it one of your first stops whenever having any issues or great ideas on what you want StatsJunky to be able to do.

 

It's quite possible that you have an older version of the application that is not auto updating for you.

Please open StatsJunky and then Click on Help > Check for Update.

If you can not login to update inside the application, then simply close the login screen if its open, and go to C:\Program Files\StatsJunky and click on the StatsJunkyUpdate.exe to manually launch the update process.

Once that completes, launch the StatsJunky application and go to Help > "About StatsJunky" and if your version is lower than 4.1.1.21 then see this forum post on how to resolve this issue.
